You will be assigned to work at job sites at various locations in Utah and you will be required to provide your own transportation. Do you have reliable transportation? *

Some job assignment opportunities include labor that would require you to consistently lift items weighing up to 40 pounds. Would you be able to perform this labor? *

Jobs are generally scheduled on weekdays and include 8 hour day shifts. Jobs typically last 3 or more days. Would you be able to fill such shifts? *

Applicants will be required to pass a drug test prior to hiring and may be required to pass drug tests at various times of their employment. Will you be able to pass these drug tests? *
